[WSBAPT] notice to heirs where heirs are minors and PR is their mother

This is probably a stupid question, but when opening a probate where the
only known heirs or beneficiaries are the widow/PR and her two minor
children and the court waives the appointment of a guardian ad litem for
the kids, how do you handle the required notice to heirs and beneficiaries
under 11.28.237? Does the PR/Widow sign a waiver on behalf of the
children? Is that even necessary? Thanks in advance.
Yours truly,

Chandra M. Lewnau
