[WSBAPT] Consumer law referral

Friend had a large medical bill at a hospital that was sold to a
non-medical business which then processed the debt as a consumer account
rather than medical bill, ended up with assets seized. They believe their
consumer rights have been violated, interested in discussion the issues
with an attorney to go over options etc. all referrals welcome
