Our office is representing a PR of an insolvent estate in Spokane County.
PR has diligently tried to sell the decedent’s personal property,
including a vehicle, for some months via Craigslist and other online
listings. The Court’s Order reaffirming non-intervention powers authorizes
a pro-rata distribution to creditors. While some of the property has sold,
the bulk remains. Do you have any contacts for a reliable, cost-effective
estate sale or liquidation company in the area?
