[wsbapt] [WSBAPT] Videos messages to beneficiaries and "ethical wills"

Greetings, Sherry:

Sorry for the delayed response.

In any event, I have on several occasions created an “ethical will” in
connection with estate planning for a client.

It started with a client who came to me and asked that I help her create
one. In that situation, I helped the client express her thoughts about
living, dying, her love for her family, some special messages to family
members, and wishes about what she would like if she is in a gradual
(hospice-type) dying situation. It’s not binding on anyone, it’s really
just a message of thoughts and wishes.

Since then, I’ve proposed something like that to other clients; some are
very interested, and others not at all.

You can contact me directly if you have

any questions or to discuss.

Sincerely,

Dominique Zervas

Subject: [WSBAPT] Videos messages to beneficiaries and "ethical wills"

Hello Listmates,

I’m interested in whether anyone has had experience with clients including
video messages to beneficiaries (in addition to a will) with their estate
plans. I had a question about it and discovered at least one company out
there that sells these “ethical wills” as a service. Anyone familiar with
this kind of thing?
