[WSBARP] Retaining wall

I have a client dealing with a builder buying an adjoining property for a
rather large development. As part of the project the builder needs
cooperation from my client and in exchange has agreed to demolish a garage
and build a large retaining wall in its place. Does anybody have an
agreement I could crib from for language concerning permitting, liability,
insurance, indemnification, etc. for the work. Any other words of wisdom
are also welcome.

Thanks,

Marc
