PNC is a sole proprietor with a Roth 401K.  The firm administering the plan
wants to turn the qualified plan administration to another firm.  PNC has
relocated to the Seattle area from Colorado and would prefer to have a firm
here administer the plan and do any needed amendments and restatements.  Any
recommendations?  Thank you.
