I know we have been doing e-filing in King County for a while now, but hadn't heard of e-recording.

Are other attorneys using this service. Apparently it only works through qualified third party e-recording companies, at additional cost, but, if it makes cost sense, am interested to hear if other folks are using these services and if they are satisfied with how it works.
