My understanding is that non-compete agreements are generally unenforceable under California law.

A business client of mine has a short and vaguely written non-compete clause in a contract with a CA company, governed by CA law.

Could you point me to someone licensed under CA law who works with non-competes for a consultation with my client? Or c CA lawyer?
