[WSBAPT] Referral - Partition action -Thurston County

PC inherited 5o% interest in a home from deceased husband 10 years ago. His adult kids by prior marriage got the other 50%. PC has lived there making payments and improvements, including a new roof, for the last 10 years. PC needs to move to assisted living and wants to sell home. Kids don't want to give her any credit for her contributions. Any takers or referrals in Thurston county?
