[WSBAPT] Foreclosure on deed of Trust Post Bankruptcy Dismissal

Listmates:

 

Does anyone know where the authority is for the continuation of the
Trustee’s Sale after the Bankruptcy stay has been lifted by the dismissal
of the borrower’s Bankruptcy?

 

The borrower filed chapter 13 to stop the Trustee sale on the eve of the
Sale.  Now the Bankruptcy has been dismissed.  How do we reschedule the
Trustee Sale and how much notice is required and to whom?
