You may have already done this, but have you checked out the pattern jury
instructions?  

 

Probably not exactly what you need, but may provide some ideas:  Civil
Instructions – fraud.  Criminal Instructions – crimes against property.

Case involves potential fraud in inducing marriage and/or undue influence
in obtaining funds from vulnerable adult.  Anyone having jury instructions
