[WSBAPT] [SPAM] Referral for CA Real Estate for Thursday consult

I have a potential client who recently moved from WA to CA and is
scheduled to close on a house in the Bay Area tomorrow. PC recently
had an issue that makes her mistrust her agent and mortgage broker.
She wants to hire an attorney to talk it over and get an opinion
tomorrow before closing.

Any takers? Or referrals who might be responsive on that schedule?
