Paul, Not sure of your facts but you probably just need to get a
continuation form from the Auditor.   Client goes to the county, they fill
out a bunch of forms and then the auditor blesses the continuance.  Final
step is checking the correct box on the excise affidavit.  Call me if you
get stuck.  Craig

I am hoping that someone can assist me with several deeds of farm land.  I
have not done any in WA so I am skittish on my first time that I do not
cause an excise tax or potentially harm a current farming exemption, etc.

 

The property is in eastern WA in Douglas county.
