Does anyone know of any statute allowing or prohibiting having two
co-PR's?

 

Assuming it is allowed (I did some research and didn't find any statute on
point), I have a Will that names two co-PR's but allows them to delegate
responsibilities between them as they authorize. Upon speaking with them,
they would like to open the Estate account and allow either one of them to
sign the checks and not have two signatures required. Any thoughts on how
to achieve this?
