[WSBAPT] Terminology for same sex couples

Listmates,

 

I’m preparing a quit claim deed for a married same sex couple transferring
the separate property of one of the spouses to the two of them to create
community property. In place of the term “husband and wife” should I use
“husband and husband” or “spouses”? What have others done? Thank you in
advance for your input.
