[WSBAPT] Question on Intestate filing when Will does not meet requirements

Dear Esteemed Colleagues, 

I have a Will that is signed but not witnessed.  Do I still present the
will to the court for the Commissioner to determine the validity? I feel I
should know the answer to this.
