[WSBAPT] Farm Property Deeds

Actually, the more complex issue is what it takes, besides the excise tax
signatures, to satisfy the county that the “open space” taxation should
continue. Each county is different in what they require.

Subject: [WSBAPT] Farm Property Deeds

I am hoping that someone can assist me with several deeds of farm land. I
have not done any in WA so I am skittish on my first time that I do not
cause an excise tax or potentially harm a current farming exemption, etc.

The property is in eastern WA in Douglas county.

Thank you for any experienced recommendations, even if it is yourself!
