Subject: [WSBAPT] Judgment against Estate of Decedent
If a decedent's Estate is found liable and the court is to enter money
judgment, how does one identify the liable party in the judgment? (Assume
no individual fault of the PR.)
Is it "Estate of John Smith, Deceased"?
Is it "Jane Smith, as PR of the Estate of John Smith, Deceased"?
Both?
Sincerely,
Eric C. Nelsen
