[WSBAPT] off topic referral

[Mike Winslow]

Looking for referral to practice transition specialist that can help an
attorney bring an associate into junior partnership, and later buy out
half practice, while leaving room for a second associate to acquire the
other half of the practice. Someone with experience helping attorneys
transition out of their practices needed. 
 
This is for an attorney who is seeking advice from me, which is now well
beyond my expertise.
