[wsbapt] Trustee Disputing Living Expenses

Probate & Trust Members:


A guardian has been taking several hundred dollars (COURT APPROVED) from a
son's father's account.  Son wants to dispute it in a guardianship
hearing.


The guardian has already taken almost $30,000 from the account.


Anyone have a recent similar case?
