I received the following message from Amtul Siddiqui by Messenger, and, as requested, I am passing it onto you. Please inform the community that Dr. Ghazanfar has passed.<br>

“Hello all. I hope you are all keeping safe and healthy. <br>
I wanted to let you know that Dr Ghazanfar passed away today. He had a sudden heart attack this afternoon and they could not revive him. He had not been ill. I wanted to share. He will be buried tomorrow.

Mr Driver - can you please pass along to any Moscow friends and the human rights task force friends. I would appreciate it. “
