In the last week of November, the state had 552 new cases per 100,000 people; the national average is 385 per 100,000. Washington’s test positivity rate is between 8 and 10-percent, which is also among the lowest quarter in the country. In Washington, three counties make up 51-percent of the state’s cases: King, Spokane and Pierce.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p style="margin-right: 0in; margin-left: 0in; font-size: medium; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(43, 43, 43);">“Viral transmission is at high levels in a majority of counties throughout the state. The highest incidences continued to be in a large number of counties in eastern Washington.
