Where are the primary election results totals? is the question that <br>
caused me to search for the Latah County web site.<br>
<br>
Apparently it is not possible to navigate from the main, top-level <br>
county web site to a summary of the election results.<br>
<br>
Also, it appears that so much of the county web site effort has been <br>
outsourced to other entities that no satisfactory overall result has <br>
been achieved for a unified web presence.<br>
<br>
One wonders whether the county employs anyone able to create such web <br>
pages.  This shortcoming leads to questions and doubts about information <br>
systems capabilities generally.<br>
<br>
The lack of leadership to make election result summaries available on <br>
the local county web site in a timely manner is not a complimentary <br>
commentary on local officials.<br>
