Last week, a GOP group of House members bandied about a dozen such requirements, including work restrictions, co-pay requirements and lifetime limits. These restrictions have been proven costly and useless in other states.</div><div><br></div><div>Roughly 300 people rallied Monday at the Capitol in support of Medicaid expansion without sideboards. Luke Mayville, co-founder of Reclaim Idaho, the group that launched the initiative effort, was among those at the rally.</div><div><br></div><div>"Our message is: no restrictions," he said Monday. "All experience tells us that restrictions are bad policy. And more importantly, we say 'no' because that's not what we voted for. The Legislature's job is to fund (expansion), not restrict it."</div><div><br></div><div>Latah County Commissioner Tom Lamar, who serves on the Region 2 Behavioral Health Board, also attended the rally.</div><div><br></div><div>"We need to make this as simple as possible," he said.
