Last Friday, the rescue put up a Facebook post describing the kitties' unusual way of wiggling through the world.</div><div><br></div><div>"Of course, Twitch and Izzy have no idea they’re different!" the post reads. "They’re not sick or uncomfortable … just a bit clumsy sometimes!"</div><div><br></div><div>A few hours after the post went up, Ryan Ferguson noticed it from his home in Richmond. He showed it to his 5-year-old daughter Cahlan.</div><div><br></div><div>"My daughter said that her heart hurts, and she said that they need love too," Ferguson said. "It was kind of a done deal at that point."</div><div><br></div><div>The family drove an hour and a half to swoop up the kittens that same day. Hestia, the kittens' mom, was also adopted out of the shelter. </div><div><br></div><div>Wobbly cat syndrome's official name is cerebellar hypoplasia. It's a neurological condition that doesn't worsen over the years, but kittens born with it are frequently euthanized based on misconceptions, the post continued.</div><div><br></div><div>"It's not very common, but we have seen it at least a handful of times over the last five years," Welch said. "People who adopt these cats love them, they're full of personality and are just wonderful little cats."</div></div><div><br></div><div>———————-</div><div><br></div><div>Video . . .</div><div><br></div><div><a href="https://www.freep.com/videos/news/local/michigan/2018/12/04/kittens-wobbly-cat-syndrome-adopted-ann-arbor/2202082002/">https://www.freep.com/videos/news/local/michigan/2018/12/04/kittens-wobbly-cat-syndrome-adopted-ann-arbor/2202082002/</a></div><div><br></div><div>Photos . . .</div><div><br></div><div><a href="http://www.tomandrodna.com/moscowcares/Caturday/Caturday_120818_01.png">http://www.tomandrodna.com/moscowcares/Caturday/Caturday_120818_01.png</a></div><div><br></div><div><a href="http://www.tomandrodna.com/moscowcares/Caturday/Caturday_120818_02.png">http://www.tomandrodna.com/moscowcares/Caturday/Caturday_120818_02.png</a></div><div><br></div><div>———————————————</div><div><br><div id="AppleMailSignature" dir="ltr"><div><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">Seeya 'round town, Moscow, because . . .</span></div><div><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);"><br></span></div><div><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">"Moscow Cares" (the most fun you can have with your pants on)</span></div><div><a href="http://www.moscowcares.com/" style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);"><font color="#000000">http://www.MoscowCares.com</font></a></div><div><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);"> </span></div><div><div><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">Tom Hansen</span></div><div><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">Moscow, Idaho</span></div></div><div> </div></div></div></div></div></body></html>
