Third St., Moscow. </p><p align="justify" style="line-height: 24px; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;"> </p><p align="justify" style="line-height: 24px; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">He discussed the impact the increase will have for the school district and district property owners, and answer any questions the audience may have regarding this proposal. The Nov. 6 ballot question seeks to increase the current levy by $1.9 million to cover maintenance and operations costs </p><p align="justify" style="line-height: 24px; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;"> </p><p align="justify" style="line-height: 24px; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">Bailey has been MSD superintendent for the past five years. He has been an educator for 32 years, 26 of which were in educational leadership.
