During the interview, the teen said she had been touched by Jenkins in an unwanted manner on two occasions this year.</div><div><br></div><div>Jenkins was interviewed by authorities on July 17 and admitted to touching the teen in a sexual manner twice in February, according to the sheriff’s office.
