Butch Otter vetoed it, citing concerns about expanding the use of illegal drugs in the state. On Wednesday, at a “Capitol for a Day” meeting in eastern Idaho, Otter said he still opposes the idea, calling it the “camel’s nose under the tent,” according to the Idaho Falls Post Register.</div><div><br></div><div>All North Idaho representatives voted in favor of the bill Wednesday except for Rep.
