Once released from the WSU Police Department, she was arrested at 3:03 a.m. for the same offense.</div><div><br></div><div>Police said the woman told officers she was going to have a friend drive her home, although they later spotted her driving on the 500 block of Northeast Campus Street.</div><div><br></div><div>The woman was released again by WSU police after the second offense.
