The Catholics and the Mormons have</span><br><span>facilities along Deakin Street, and regularly use adjacent parking</span><br><span>spaces. The Mormons are so adamant about preserving their parking</span><br><span>spaces they have installed tire-destroying metal spikes in one of the</span><br><span>driveways of that facility.
