So delish, my brother and I brought s’mores apartment-side and we made them regularly, either in the oven or on the tiny terrace of our apartment building in the Bronx, N.Y.</div><div><br></div><div>Since we were all peanut butter maniacs, our s’mores always included a smear or two. And peanut butter turns out to be the perfect way to infuse this American treasure.</div><div><br></div><div>If you do not intend to go the peanut butter route, melt a couple of tablespoons of cannabutter or canna-oil in melted chocolate, spread it on wax paper and let it set. You can let it set in the fridge, it will be super quick. Then you have chocolate you can treat as a chocolate bar, and do your own thing. It’s pretty amazing with white chocolate too.</div><div><br></div><div>I made my most recent batch of s’mores with Dogwalker OG, a kind of skunky, woodsy hybrid that seems to help with both focus and relaxation. I made a batch of cannabutter and canna-oil with this strain, as my experience smoking it the other night and watching the movie “Lucy” was awesome. Very high, very comfortable, very happy.</div><div><br></div><div>(The cannabutter also turned my pasta with roasted cauliflower into a divine dining experience. Cooked the cauliflower lightly and sautéed it in cannabutter with garlic, bread crumbs and scallions. That and the pasta — so so good, almost like my mother used to make! Almost. Mother did not partake.) Enjoy</div></div><div><br></div><div>--------------------</div><div><br></div><div><div><h3 style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0.2rem 0px 0.5rem; padding: 0px; font-family: Lora, Georgia, Times, serif; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); text-rendering: optimizeLegibility; line-height: 1.25; font-size: 1.6875rem; -webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;">Fireside S’mores</h3></div><div><br></div><div>Serves 4</div><div><br></div><div>½ cup peanut butter</div><div>1-2 tablespoons <font color="#000000" style="box-sizing: border-box; text-decoration: none; line-height: inherit; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);"><a href="http://www.thecannabist.co/2013/12/27/kitchenweed/1244/" style="box-sizing: border-box; text-decoration: none; line-height: inherit; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">cannabutter</a> </font></div><div>3-4 ounce bar dark chocolate</div><div>8 whole graham crackers</div><div><br></div><div>Directions</div><div><br></div><div>1.
