Nietzsche said that madness in individuals was rare, but normal in<br>
groups, parties, and nations. Einstein said the definition of insanity<br>
is doing the same thing repeatedly, and expecting a different result.<br>
Electronic remote controls have existed since 1950, but governmental<br>
responsiveness to voters appears as do dead batteries. We need to<br>
recycle some existing components in favor of newer, more satisfactorily<br>
responsive components.<br>
