Barack Obama says that Trumpcare, “is not a health care bill. It’s a massive transfer of wealth from middle-class and poor families to the richest people in America.” If and when this bill passes, it’ll make us long for the good old days when nothing got done in Washington.

Burger King is featuring a thing they call Mac n’ Cheetos, a deep-fried mess of orange glop I feel certain they intend as a metaphor for the current presidency. Pulling out of the Paris Climate Accord is just the tip of the - wait, wasn’t there an iceberg? (Global warming came too late to save the Titanic.)

“Worst Ancestors Ever” is a song Melanie and I wrote a few years ago, inspired by the work of Freeway Blogger, an anonymous activist who hangs banners on LA freeway overpasses. Many of these signs draw attention to the urgent threat of climate change.
</p>
<p>
For this video, we incorporated pictures posted by my Facebook community of themselves at the recent March For Science and Climate March. We also received wonderful cameo contributions from “Weird Al” Yankovic, Richard Dawkins, Mrs. Betty Bowers, America’s Best Christian, Laura Love, John McCutcheon, Sandy and Richard Riccardi, Arye Gross, Katie Goodman. the Austin Lounge Lizards, Eleni Mandell, Phil Proctor and Melinda Peterson, Joe and Sam Zimmerman and a host of others.

We’ll be doing more of these “virtual flash mobs.” We’ll be doing about one every month.
