The Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing for the proposed use on April 25, 2017, and subsequently voted to approve the application with two conditions and directed staff to prepare a Reasoned Statement of Relevant Criteria and Standards. On May 1, 2017, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public meeting to review and approve the Relevant Criteria and Standards. On May 3, 2017 the Board of Adjustment Chair signed the Relevant Criteria and Standards, which initiated the ten day appeal </div><div style="left: 150.04px; top: 486.089px; font-size: 18.4px; font-family: sans-serif; transform: scaleX(0.944546);" id="yui_3_16_0_1_1496440984429_3800">period.
