            of the diminishment of tribal lands was due to broken
            treaties and settler encroachment.  Because the closest
            example and the easiest access to that perfidious  behavior
            can be found  literally in our own backyard I linked to the
            Nez Perce site.  As to the tribal record you shared, I can
            make no comment as I am not familiar with the Nations or
            council involved.   And, even if I were, trust me, the last
            thing Native people need or want is white people explaining
            the meaning behind their statements.  I prefer to keep my
            trap shut while watching the videos and still photos of
            those heroic people who are enduring blizzards in sub
            freezing weather to honor their ancestors and their
            connection to sacred ground.  Actions are so much more
