Olson said. In his Jan. 20 guilty plea, Suggs admitted to making the threats on Facebook in September 2015. He was arrested that same month and has been in federal custody since.</span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 17.6px;"><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">While under investigation for burglary in Whitman County, Suggs went to Germany to visit relatives and while there made the threats on Facebook, prosecutors said in court filings.</span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 17.6px;"><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">“The defendant used language that was very graphic and knew he was communicating a threat,” and he also used Facebook to send photos of himself holding a handgun, prosecutors said.</span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 17.6px;"><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">The case was investigated by the Pullman Police Department, Moscow Police Department and FBI. Senior U.S. District Judge Edward J.
