Lee received a term of fixed life in prison for each victim. He also received the maximum penalty allowed for Aggravated Battery for shooting a fourth person, which is 15 years. In addition to the sentences, the judge ordered a Lee to pay $5000.00 to each of the victims' families, plus court fees.</span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 30px;"><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">Lee will serve his sentence at Idaho State Prison in Orofino. Officers transported him soon after the sentence was handed down.
