Ted Cruz, battling for delegate victories in Super Tuesday voting, plans to visit North Idaho on Saturday, according to his campaign’s state director.</span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 17.6px;"><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">Norm Semanko, a Boise attorney and executive director of the Idaho Water Users Association, said he received “official word from the Cruz Campaign” that the Republican presidential hopeful will appear that afternoon at the North Idaho Fairgrounds inside the Jacklin Event Building.
