What used to be pleasant tree lined streets have taken on a trashy industrialized motif. People used to haul out those small recycling tubs once a week which were not so obtrusive. Now people are leaving the barrels on the curb or in their front yards and filling them there. The recycling barrels, which are large and bright, are particularly distasteful.
