He later pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of reckless driving. He paid a $700 fine. </span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 17.6px;"><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">Claus, pictured in a jail photo with a big white beard, was arrested Thursday in Post Falls, near the Washington border.
