Can anyone please summarize an article that was apparently in the Daily News<br>

feet of houses, garages, sheds, or any other structure, which I simply<br>

Surely that cannot be correct, can it???  And if it is correct, why are we<br>
hearing about that revolting development just now???<br>

While moving to single stream recycling might be a good thing (I was solidly<br>
a Kook Aid drinker in the beginning in spite of losing curbside glass<br>
recycling), the multiple fiascos in the implementation have been beyond<br>
ridiculous.<br>

BTW, the ridiculously user unfriendly glass recycling container situation in<br>
the old Gilbert Auto parking lot ***still*** hasn't been resolved over<br>
***four*** months later.  Way NOT to City of Moscow . . . it's been a<br>
dangerous experience with the winter weather  :-(<br>
