license to drive a car, by what logic do violently crazy individuals get
to amass secret unlicensed arsenals and then use them to massacre
school kids?><br><br>It's quite obvious that there is no Constitutional right to drive a car, hence the relative ease in regulating motor vehicles and those who drive them.
