<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"><b>September 25, 2015 (Moscow, Idaho)<a name="OLE_LINK4"></a><a name="OLE_LINK3"></a> —</b> On Friday, September 18, at 1:20 p.m. City of Moscow Police Officers responded to a bank robbery call at the Wells Fargo
Bank located at 1313 S Blaine Street in Moscow, Idaho. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify">On Thursday, September 24, Ebrahem Arar, 31 years of age, of Moscow, Idaho was arrested for Robbery and Grand Theft. He was booked into the Latah County Jail.

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify">Detectives pursued multiple leads that were called in from the community throughout the week. This information was responsible for identifying the suspect and providing information that was beneficial in this
case.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify">The Moscow Police Department extends it gratitude to the community for their assistance and support that provided probable cause for the arrest. This investigation remains on-going and the Moscow Police Department
is asking anyone with additional information related to the Robbery to please call 883-7054 or the tip line at 208-892-3898.<o:p></o:p></p>
