<p>South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley at 4 p.m. ET today will sign a bill ordering the <a href="http://www.cnn.com/2015/07/09/us/south-carolina-confederate-battle-flag/index.html">removal of the Confederate battle flag</a> from the statehouse grounds, according to her office.<br>

The flag will be removed at 10 a.m. Friday, according to a tweet from Haley aide Rob Godfrey.<br>
