<body class='hmmessage'><div dir='ltr'>I think the better bet (for striking down the bans) would be to nominate David Duke (the former Grand Wizard of the KKK) to argue for the conservatives using the exact same logic justifying inter-racial marriage bans. I think that's what they're are doing anyway with the whole "it's against God's will" mantra. It's probably their best "Hail Mary" approach considering there are five male Roman Catholic Republican appointees on the Supreme Court. Bolstering their argument there was audible protestor in today's proceedings who shouted 'If you support gay marriage, you will burn in hell'.
