There is currently on street parking in the area in question and traffic managers to flow back and forth just fine. Increasing the number of vehicles a few percent would not change that in any way. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif">As to the lack of parking, on my way home from work (aprox. 6:45 a time that I would think many if not most residents would be home) I drove by and checked the blaine manor parking lots for the apts. adjacent to third, they are far from full. There were numerous spots on street to park.
