</b>The City of Moscow thanks Governor C.L. “Butch” Otter for the sentiments offered in the request of all Idahoans to take part in a moment of silence, today, January 14, 2015. The City of Moscow would like to extend a personal invitation to the members of
our community to take part in that moment today at 12:00 p.m. PST. <o:p></o:p></p>
