He is also the son of Dr. Chin. I am not sure if Dr. Chin is still in practice. The deceased victims include Moscow businessman David Trail 76 yoa, Arby's restaurant manager Belinda Niebuhr 47 yoa, and the suspect's adoptive mother and Moscow Family Medicine Physician's Assistant Terri Grzebielski 61 yoa. Also injured in the assault was Seattle resident Michael Chin 39 yoa.</span></div>

Chin was transported to Gritman Medical Center and is currently listed in critical condition. </span></div>

Lee entered the restaurant and asked for the manager. Lee then produced a weapon and opened fire. Neibuhr was transported to Gritman Medical Center and was declared dead. </span></div>

Pullman agencies then observed the vehicle near Pullman, Washington. Authorities attempted to stop the vehicle and pursuit ensued. The vehicle crashed at milepost 47 on Highway 195 at 3:20 p.m. The suspect was taken into custody and booked into the Whitman County jail. </span></div>
