The deceased victims include Moscow businessman David Trail 76 yoa, Arby's restaurant manager Belinda Niebuhr 47 yoa, and the suspect's adoptive mother and Moscow Family Medicine Physician's Assistant Terri Grzebielski 61 yoa. Lee entered the restaurant and asked for the manager. Lee then produced a weapon and opened fire. Pullman agencies then observed the vehicle near Pullman, Washington. Authorities attempted to stop the vehicle and pursuit ensued.
