</b>All non-emergency City of Moscow services will close on Wednesday, December 24 at noon and will reopen on Monday, December 29 for regular business hours. All emergency police and fire services will continue business as usual during that time and the Hamilton
Indoor Recreation Center will be open on December 26<sup>th</sup> as well. <o:p>
